About the application
🚫 HALCYON RESTRICTIONS: ice cream, fudge, chocolates, ice cream cakes and/or in-store hand-made confections, pet food, pet accessories and related pet merchandise, soaps and other bath items.
The following categories are full: CANDLES, CROCHET, JEWELRY
THIS IS A HANDMADE MARKET that celebrates original craftsmanship and artistry. items must be designed and/or created by the vendor. NO imported handmade goods, dropshipped, 3rd party, temu, wholesale, etc.
ONLY SMALL BATCH, HANDCRAFTED BY THE SELLER, IN THE STATE OF GA ITEMS ARE ALLOWED.
Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis.
We have 14-20 spots available. All booths are outdoor on or adjacent to the green. 10x10 tents are required with 40 pound weights per leg. Booths are $175, PLUS Eventeny fees.
There is very limited access to electricity so you will need to bring your own power source.
Please see the included tentative vendor layout for reference only. This is ONLY a mock-up at this time.
Your booth fee includes space ONLY. You must provide your own table(s), displays, chair(s), and floor-length tablecloths (no plastic tablecloths allowed). All boxes/bins/overstock/wagons/etc. must be hidden below tables.
Please do not drag any tables, chairs, or tents along the green. If you need assistance just ask a fellow vendor.
This event is RAIN-OR-SHINE. If there is inclement weather you will be informed of any updates.
You will receive a vendor email by Thursday evening (5/7) with further instructions.

Please consider these terms and conditions before submitting this application and vendor fee.
VENDOR FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER 5/2/2026. A tremendous amount of work goes into coordinating the vendor layout, selecting vendors for each category, and thoughtfully preparing/posting the vendor collabs/spotlights to aesthetically complement one another. There will be NO REFUNDS after 5/2/2026. If you are a no call / no show on the day of the event you will not be invited back to future markets. Please consider these terms and conditions before submitting this application and vendor fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
CANCEL 3/13/2026-3/27/2026: 100% Refund
CANCEL 3/28/2026-4/11/2026: 75% Refund / 25% Non-Refundable
CANCEL 4/12/2026-4/25/2026: 50% Refund / 50% Non-Refundable
CANCEL 4/26/2026-5/2/2026: 25% Refund / 75% Non-Refundable
CANCEL 5/3/2026-5/10/2026: 100% Non-Refundable

- Select your TOP category. Because this is a small market, we may only accept one vendor from each category.
- List the MOTHER'S DAY items you will be selling from the selected category above (list most important items first). You may or may not be approved to sell all items from this category.
- NO RESALE allowed at MMATL markets without approval. You CANNOT resell items that handmade vendors are selling (i.e. candles, jewelry, bath & body, etc.) Special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- I am requesting approval to sell the following RESALE items: (N/A if all your items are handmade)
- I understand that Halcyon has some restrictions due to current tenants and I will not sell any of these items at my booth.
- Please complete and sign the Hold Harmless Agreement form included with this application and attach a copy here.
- I have completed and attached the Hold Harmless Agreement in the previous question. Any applications without a signed HHA will not be considered.
- I have reviewed and understand Cancellation Policy stated in the Terms & Conditions of this Application.
- I have included both photos of my HANDMADE items and AT LEAST two booth photos.
