About the application
Upon completion of application and successful payment, your application will be approved in the office.
ALL SPACES ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
Setup:
Saturday,6:30AM to 8:30AM.
Gates open to the public for the sale, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (gates close at 3:15 for entry). Gates will close at 8:30am and all vendor vehicles MUST be parked and cleared from the midway.
Load in- All vendors will enter Gate 3 at the front of the magnolia center. Upon entry, check in with Staff & they will provide you with directions to your booth. Once vendor is unloaded, you will park in the parking lot in front of the magnolia center.
Load Out Time: Load out can begin as soon as all patrons have cleared the premisis. NO vehicles will be allowed on the Midway untill all patrons are clear.
Gates to the fairgrounds are secured following all events. Do not leave vehicles on grounds. It will be locked behind gate until the following business day.
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Booth rentals are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- NO rummage/used items allowed at booths. All items must be New.
- Tea & Lemonade may be sold, however Coca Cola & other soda products are prohibited
