Dog Days of Summer Pet Event at Foxtail Coffee
About the application
This is a special event in support of Coffee for a Cause Foundation, the 501 c3 foundation of Foxtail Coffee! This event is a fundraiser and all proceeds from the vendor fee will go to support this cause. This event will support the pet initiative of this foundation and will support canine welfare and adoption in our community. Therefore, the focus of the vendors will be pet themed. This is an outdoor event where tents will be allowed.
We would like to add that it is suggested but not required, that all participating vendors have an item where a percent of the product sold will support the foundation.
The event will include giveaways, DJ and other specials.

A little note about the vendor fee:
Fee is charged upon acceptance, and vendor has 48 hours to cancel for a refund. Please view all the questions in the application and let us know if you have any additional questions. Be sure to read our terms and conditions below.
Tents are permitted at this event. Please ask any questions prior to the event if you are unsure of your set up.
Prices
| Table only booth space | $50.00 | Non-refundable | Each vendor will receive a space for two tables or racks, this is a NON-TENTED EVENT. Please see day of details for specifics or send us a note. Vendor fee is collected upon acceptance. Vendor must notify us within 48 hours of charge to cancel space and receive a refund. All fees after the 48 hours are considered confirmed and are non-refundable and non-transferrable. |
