About the application
We are thrilled to have you register for the car show! We need a little information to get you signed up. If you have questions, please send an email to:

If you do not have a business name, enter "N/A" on the application.
We will communicate with you via email so please verify the email address that you enter on this application. Also, please double check your phone number. We would hate to not be able to reach you if needed.
If you would like to enter more than one vehicle under your name, please send an email to Festival.HavanaMainStreet and we will get in touch with you to assist with the registration.
If you would like to be parked near another vehicle or group of vehicles, you must all arrive together at the same time.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
The registration process requires each entrant to acknowledge they have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. The event is "Rain or Shine." No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather. All entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
2. Vehicles are requested to remain in their space until 2:00. If you need to leave early for an emergency, please contact a staff member to assist with your exit.
3. Participants enter the event at their own risk. Havana Main Street is not responsible for any damage to vehicles, personal property, or personal injury occurring during the event. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and venue owners from any legal claims or expenses.
4. By entering the show, participants grant the organizer the right to use photos or videos of their vehicle for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
5. Participant certifies that the vehicle entered is covered by valid liability insurance and that the Participant holds a valid driver’s license.

| Your Parking Space | $20.00 | Non-refundable | Early Bird Price is $25.00. After deadline, registration upon arrival is $30. Space cannot be guaranteed the day of the show. |
