Pride in Irvine is looking for Booth Activity Exhibitors to host family-friendly activities that will delight attendees of all ages. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your brand, engage with the community, and contribute to the event's vibrant atmosphere.

About the event

2026 Pride in Irvine In honor of Harvey Milk Day and June Pride Month, the City of Irvine hosted its fifth annual Pride in Irvine event Friday, May 22, from 5 to 7 p.m., at the Irvine Civic Center Piazza. The community joined us as we raised the Progress Flag in front of City Hall in recognition and support of our LGBTQIA+ community. Programs were provided by local advocacy and support organizations. Refreshments and activities were enjoyed while attendees learned about valuable resources, made connections, and celebrated Pride at this free event! Pride in Irvine featured: Local organizations representing the LGBTQIA+ community. Educational activities and information.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee participation. Applications will be reviewed in the order received and applicants will be notified on a rolling basis. The City of Irvine reserves the right to accept or deny applications based on event needs. Applications must be received by April 22, 2026* for consideration. 

 


*Applications are subject to close prior to the deadline if the event capacity is reached.

Prices

10x10 Booth $0.00 Exhibitor includes a 10' x 10' space, one 8 ft. table, two chairs, and signage. Due to space limitations, a canopy will not be provided. Private canopies are not allowed.
ONE DAY ONLY - Special Event Business License $23.00 Participating non-Irvine based businesses may purchase a one-day Special Events Business License. This license is applicable to the event day only.
