About the event
Terms & Conditions
General Information
Each food truck space will be 10x20. You will not be charged for your space until you have been accepted into the market.
Date and time
Chritsmas in July will take place in the Downtown Gallatin Square from 10 am to 2 pm July 11, 2026. This is a rain-or-shine event. Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Important dates and times
Trucks may set up between 6 AM-9:00 AM. Personal vehicles must be off the square by 9:00 am and ready to serve by 10 am sharp. This will be strictly enforced.
- You can begin to tear down at 2 p.m. Cars will not be permitted before this time.
- A map with booth placements will go out approximately one week before the vent.
Electricity
$50 per 110 outlets. Electricity will be limited and anyone purchasing electricity must provide a 100-foot extension cord. All electrical cords must be covered or secured to prevent tripping.
Rules and Regulations
No vendor can purchase more than one space.
If you manipulate our power boards, you will be asked to leave immediately.
No soliciting.
