GREETINGS NON-PROFIT VENDORS!
Welcome to the fifth annual Juneteenth Jubilee! We are delighted to bring back this community celebration honoring Black American contributions to history, arts, culture, and more!
This year, we will be connecting the threads of the Black American experience from the past, the present, and looking towards the future through the lens of Afrofuturism.
Our goal is to provide a thoughtful, inclusive, educational, and joyfully entertaining event for all. The Jubilee is an excellent opportunity to engage up close with the community that we all serve, showcasing your services, educational opportunities, wellness and development resources, and cultural offerings for attendees.
Please note: The Jubilee is being held in Festival Park, which does have some access to power, however the majority of those will be utilized by our food vendors. All vendors with electrical needs should be prepared to supply your own power via battery-powered devices or powered by a silent generator.
Additionally: this event takes place in mid-June in North Carolina. All vendors should consider the possible temperatures, and prepare appropriately for your comfort for the duration of the event.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
This is an overview of the rules & procedures to help you prepare and determine if the Juneteenth Jubilee celebration is the best fit for you. Please read thoroughly.
Important Notes:
- CSDD reserves the right to accept or decline a vendor application for any reason.
- This year we are shifting the schedule for the Jubilee to a later time in the day. The 2026 Jubileewill run from 5:00PM - 11:00PM - please be prepared to staff your booth for the entirety of the event.
- This is a rain/shine event. In the event that there is extreme inclement weather that affects the event, CSDD will follow guidance from the City of Fayetteville Police Department and Special Events Department.
- Refunds are not issued to vendors who are unable to participate in the Jubilee after your application has been accepted under any circumstances; the one exception being is a medical emergency, with submitted documentation.
NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION:
- Nonprofit vendors must provide proof of 501(c)(3) (see below in application)
- Nonprofit vendors may NOT sell any goods or tickets of any kind during the Juneteenth Jubilee.
- You may promote upcoming events or programming season, but you may not take cash or credit card sales on-site during the festival.
- You may post signage or provide brochures with a QR code link to your website for any sales transactions.
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in your organization being asked by CSDD staff to shut down your booth and exit the event footprint for the remainder of the event.
LOCATION SPACES DURING JUNETEENTH JUBILEE:
Cool Spring Downtown District (CSDD) carefully curates the location of vendors throughout the event site, with a number of factors in consideration. CSDD may, from time to time, need to reassign locations as the event approaches. Requests for locations with exceptional reasoning will be considered but not guaranteed.
EQUIPMENT:
CSDD does not provide tents, tables, chairs, or other equipment for vendors. Vendors are responsible for items needed to create a safe and engaging vendor booth.
SIGNAGE:
All vendors are expected to have clear and easy-to-read signage with your business/organization name, prices, item description, and payment information at your booth. Vendors without visible signage will be asked to provide that signage prior to gates opening at 5PM.
SOLICITATION, MATERIAL/ACTIVITY SUITABILITY & SAFETY:
Festival safety is critical to all of us! It is important that we all work together to have a SAFE and FUN Juneteenth Jubilee celebration.
- Approaching passersby outside of designated vendor space (e.g. – walking around and handing out flyers) is prohibited.
- Vendors may not sell knives, guns, other weapons or item that simulate weapons, etc.
- The sale of fireworks or other combustibles is prohibited.
- Materials or activity promoting “adult” entertainment, or religious or partisan political advocacy or groups are prohibited unless expressly specified by CSDD.
- Electrical cords must be heavy duty outdoor cords with no visible signs of damage, and appliances must be in excellent operating condition.
- Portable generators must be *quiet* for collective sound levels during the event. Loud generators will NOT be accepted.
- Hate speech, physical actions without consent, excessive beligerence, or violence will not be tolerated and is subject to law enforcement.
- CSDD is not responsible or liable for the failure of any vendor to comply with these safety requirements, and it reserves the right to take any action, up to and including shutting down a vendor’s operation for the remainder of the day for failure to comply. No refunds will be given in these instances.
PLEASE NOTE:

Cool Spring Downtown District staff are committed to making the Juneteenth Jubilee a great experience for all. We will try to accommodate you as best as we can. We appreciate your participation and flexibility!
