About the application
Please complete this vendor application to apply for a booth at The Love That Raised Us market on May 2nd, 2026 at the GPLO Community Center. You'll select your booth type, provide business and contact information, describe the product(s) you'll sell, and indicate if you need electricity for inside booths. Payment is required to secure your space. Make sure to review the vendor terms and conditions before submitting your application. We look forward to having you join our Mother's Day market!
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Booth Assignment & Payment
- Booths are assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis.
- Inside booths are limited to 16
- Inside booths with electricity are limited; priority is given to vendors who pay first.
- All booth fees must be paid in full to secure your space.
2. Booth Setup & Teardown
- Vendors must adhere to the scheduled setup and teardown times.
- Tables are provided, should you need them.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own displays and tents(if applicable)
- Vendors must leave their space clean and free of debris.
3. Permits & Insurance
- Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required permits or licenses to sell their products.
- Insurance is recommended but optional unless required by law.
4. Products & Conduct
- Vendors may only sell items approved in their application.
- No illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate items are allowed.
- Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and follow all event rules.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
- Booth fees are non-refundable unless the market is canceled by the organizer.
6. Liability
- The organizer, Therrien Treasures, LLC and the GPLO Community Center are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damanged items, or any personal injury.
- Vendors participate at their own risk.
7. Photography & Promotion
- The organizer reserves the right to photograph or film the event for promotional purposes.
8. Compliance & Enforcement
- Vendors agree to follow all event rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from market staff.
- Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
