About the application
The Sunday Food Truck Court is located adjacent to West Point City Hall and the River Park/Splash Pad, 730 1st Avenue, West Point, GA 31833. Food Trucks will operate on scheduled Sundays from 11:30am - 6:00pm.
May and June dates will be scheduled and approved on Monday, May 4th
July and August dates will be scheduled and approved on Monday, June 1st
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Permit fee is $25 for 1 day
- Food Trucks can arrive and begin set up after 9AM
- Food Trucks may begin serving at 11:30 AM
- Food Trucks must stop serving at 6pm and vacate the property no later than 7pm.
- All Food Truck Vendors must upload required documentation below:
- Valid Business License
- Valid Food Truck Permit
- Valid Serve Safe Permit
- Food Truck Owners are responsible to clean up and dispose of any and all garbage associated with individual food truck operations
- Food Truck owners are responsible for any materials, paper products, food items, and serving ware associated with normal daily sales
- Food Truck Area must be kept clean, organized, presentable, free of trash, and up to the City of West Point Code.
- Food Trucks shall be limited to edibles and hot and cold beverages containing no alcohol.
- Sales of articles other than food & beverage shall be prohibited
- No LED Strip Lighting shall be used
- No TENT VENDORS

| Permit Fee | $25.00 | Non-refundable | There is a $25 non-refundable permit fee which is charged upon approval. You will only be charged for the dates you are approved. You can sign up for multiple dates. We like to rotate food trucks each week to provide a variety. |
