About the application
If you are interested in vending at our Earth Day themed pop-up market at Birdies in Patchogue, please fill out this application. This application is for general vendors (NO FOOD).

This is an electronic agreement and by submitting it, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT: You will ONLY be charged once your application is ACCEPTED.
NO REFUNDS: There are no refunds.
YOUR SPOT: Spots are 8'x8' spaces. No additional vending materials will be provided. Vendors may NOT bring canopy tents. All vendor materials (racks, tables, etc.) must stay within the marked area.
SET UP: Setup will begin at 10am. Vendors must be ready by market open at 12pm. Absolutely NO vehicles on Birdies' lot. You will be assigned a spot and a designated time slot to unload.
BREAKDOWN: You may begin breaking down your booth at market close (6pm). All vendors must be ready to leave by 7pm.
Submitting this application means you agree to these terms and conditions and will be charged once approved.
Prices
| 8'x8' Space | $150.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 8 feet wide and 8 feet deep. No canopy tents permitted. No other vending materials will be provided by The Huntington Flea. Spots will be assigned prior to the event. |
