Festival hours:
Friday 5/22/26 4pm-7pm
Saturday 5/23/26 10am-7pm
Sunday 5/24/26 10am-4pm
*All booths are required to open on Friday at 4pm.
Your load in times will be assigned. You will have 1.5 hours to unload and move your vehicle. Adherence to this schedule is required.
Load out- you are not allowed to bring your vehicle to the festival area until you are ENTIRELY broken down and ready to load. You will be released by event staff and volunteers in the order that makes the most sense for the flow of the parking lot. Once you are released to bring your vehicle, we ask that you quickly load up and vacate the area. Adherence to this process is required. *** Please note the load out process.
Exhibitors are responsible for proper insurance and protection of work and set-up. HGMA, its respective officers, agents, employees, the City of Granbury, and Hood County will not be responsible for damage to work or property due to weather or unrelated incidents. Exhibitor also acknowledges that in case of rain, severe weather, or acts of God, there will be no reimbursement of booth fees or other monies paid to HGMA.
All participants MUST HAVE A CANOPY OR TENT AND WEIGHTS OR SANDBAGS AT EACH TENT LEG TO ANCHOR TENT. No stakes, nails or holes can be driven into the surface. You are responsible for providing anything needed to maintain your booth securely. Be prepared for Texas weather at all ties
Exhibitor must provide their own lights, display boards, tables, chairs, tape, etc.
Electricity is on a first come first serve basis and is 110 outlet. Exhibitor must provide their own heavy duty outdoor extension cord and have it taped down securely to the pavement throughout the duration of the event. IF A 50 AMP is needed, please add to your application.

Security is provided Friday and Saturday nights.

OCCURENCES ANYWHERE AT SAID EVENT AND AGREE TO HOLD SUCH PARTIES FOREVER HARMLESS
HGMA Vendor Code of Conduct
As a vendor applying to or participating in this festival/event, you agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct. These standards are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all participants.
As much as we would like to accept every applicant, that simply isn’t possible if we intend to maintain a balanced, successful event for our shopper and our vendors.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT/DECLINE/WAITLIST VENDORS FOR ANY REASON.
Respectful Behavior
You must treat all other vendors, HGMA staff, volunteers, performers, and attendees with respect and professionalism at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, or abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated.
Conflicts or concerns must be addressed calmly and respectfully, and escalated to festival management if needed.
What is not acceptable: harassing emails, accusatory messages, public comments, tagging our organization in negative social posts, attempting to pressure anyone into reversing decisions or even harassment of other approved vendors.
Compliance with Festival Rules
You must follow all festival policies, schedules, site maps, and instructions provided by HGMA staff and volunteers.
You must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including health, safety, and fire regulations.
You must display all required permits, licenses, or certifications when applicable.
Conduct at Your Booth
Your booth must be operated in a safe, orderly, and clean manner.
You are responsible for keeping your area free of trash and hazards and for properly disposing of waste.
Volume levels (music, demonstrations, etc.) must be kept at a reasonable level and must not interfere with neighboring vendors or festival activities.
All products and services sold must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment and must match what was approved in your vendor application.
Cooperation with Staff and Volunteers
Instructions from HGMA staff and volunteers regarding safety, crowd control, setup, breakdown, or emergencies must be followed immediately.
Disputes with staff, volunteers, or other vendors must be handled through festival management, not through public confrontation.
Set-Up, Operation, and Tear-Down
Vendors must adhere to the designated setup and teardown times.
Vehicles must be moved to designated parking areas as directed once unloading or loading is complete.
Vendors must not begin teardown or leave before the designated festival closing time unless explicitly authorized by festival management.
Noise, Disturbances, and Neighbor Relations
You must be considerate of neighboring vendors and not obstruct their visibility or access.
Any music, microphones, or demonstrations must be coordinated to avoid disruption of nearby booths and festival programming.
Consequences for Violations
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the festival, at the sole discretion of HGMA, without refund of any fees paid.
HGMA reserves the right to deny future participation to any vendor who violates this Code of Conduct.
By participating as a vendor in this festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by this Vendor Code of Conduct and accept that violations may result in your removal from the festival.
