Snack or Drink Vendor Application – Family Fun Day

📍 Location: Big Tent at The Mill on Etowah
Be part of a fun-filled afternoon at Family Fun Day, a community celebration designed for kids and families to enjoy an exciting day of activities, entertainment, and shopping local! We’re looking for vendors with unique products, snacks, drinks, and family-friendly goods to help create a lively marketplace inside the Big Tent.
This rain-or-shine event will take place inside a 10,000 sq. ft. semi-permanent pop-up tent, creating a comfortable and energetic environment for families to explore vendors, activities, and entertainment throughout the afternoon.
Who We’re Looking For
Vendors offering family-friendly products, including but not limited to:
• pre-packaged items
• popcorn, cotton candy, fried oreos, fair food
• cookies
• dirty sodas, non alcoholic beverages, boba
Important Guidelines
⚠️ No food trucks or full meal services are permitted.
⚠️ Vendors must provide their own tables and display setup (tents are not required since the event is inside the Big Tent).
⚠️ Electricity is extremely limited and not guaranteed – please inquire if required.
Additional Notes
Full-scale businesses must sponsor the event to participate. This vendor application is limited to craft, clothing, and general goods vendors.
Family Fun Day is expected to draw local families, kids ages 2–13, and community members looking for a fun afternoon of activities, music, games, bounce houses, and shopping local vendors.
This is a great opportunity to connect with families, showcase your products, and be part of a positive community event.

Family Fun Day – Vendor Terms & Conditions
Event: Family Fun Day
Date: Saturday, May 30th
Time: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Big Tent at The Mill on Etowah, Canton, GA
By submitting an application and/or participating as a vendor at Family Fun Day (“Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Vendor Eligibility
1.1 Applications are limited to craft, clothing, and general goods vendors. Full-scale businesses must sponsor the event to participate.
1.2 Vendors must be at least 18 years of age.
1.3 Event organizers reserve the right to approve or deny any application at their sole discretion.
2. Fees & Payment
2.1 Vendor fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation.
2.2 Payment must be made in full to secure a vendor space.
2.3 A portion of vendor fees and donations from the event will help support the Butterfly Whisper 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
3. Vendor Setup & Operations
3.1 Vendor spaces are typically 10’x10’ unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and display equipment. Tents are not required as the event takes place inside the Big Tent.
3.3 Electricity is extremely limited and not guaranteed. Vendors requiring power must request it in advance.
3.4 Vendors must adhere to assigned setup and teardown times. Early departures are not permitted without prior approval from event organizers.
3.5 Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean and orderly. Trash must be disposed of in designated receptacles.
4. Parking
4.1 Free parking is available for vendors and attendees at The Mill on Etowah.
4.2 Vendors may be asked to park in designated vendor parking areas to maximize available parking for attendees.
4.3 Parking is first-come, first-served unless otherwise directed by event staff.
5. Sales & Taxes
5.1 Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax.
5.2 Vendors must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding sales, licensing, and permits.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
6.1 The Event may be canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, including weather, acts of God, venue issues, or governmental regulations.
6.2 In the event of cancellation, organizers may offer partial or full refunds at their discretion.
7. Liability & Insurance
7.1 Vendors participate at their own risk. Event organizers, The Mill on Etowah, and affiliated partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, personal injury, or property damage.
7.2 Vendors are encouraged to carry their own general liability insurance.
7.3 By participating, vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify the event organizers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation.
8. Conduct
8.1 Vendors must maintain professional and courteous behavior at all times.
8.2 The sale of offensive, illegal, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
8.3 Event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor or attendee who violates these Terms & Conditions without refund.
9. Compliance with Laws
9.1 Vendors must comply with all Georgia state and local laws, including health and safety regulations.
9.2 Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required licenses, permits, and certifications needed to operate at the Event.
10. Media & Promotion
10.1 By participating, vendors grant event organizers the right to use photographs, video, and promotional materials featuring their booth, products, or likeness for marketing and promotional purposes.
11. Acceptance
By submitting a vendor application and/or participating in Family Fun Day, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
