Terms & Conditions
Suwanee Circle – Food Truck Vendor Terms
1. Requirements
Vendors must hold all required licenses and health permits.
2. Arrival & Setup
Arrive and be fully set up 30 minutes before opening.
Stay for the full event unless pre-approved to leave early.
Keep your area clean and remove all trash and wastewater.
3. Electrical & Equipment
Indicate electrical needs in advance.
Bring proper cords/adapters.
Trucks must meet all fire safety requirements.
4. Menu & Pricing
Submit final menu/pricing 72 hours prior.
Prices must remain the same throughout the event.
5. Conduct & Operations
Staff must operate professionally at all times.
Trucks must park in the assigned spot; support vehicles must be moved after unloading.
6. Marketing
Suwanee Circle may use your business name, menu, and photos for event promotion.
7. Cancellations & Weather
Vendor cancellations must be made 72 hours before the event.
Events run rain or shine; Suwanee Circle may cancel for severe weather or safety.
8. Liability
Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, staff, and sales tax reporting.
Suwanee Circle is not liable for loss, damage, or injury.
