AGKC is returning to Olathe for a full day of Summer Fun!!🌞

For the second year in a row Art Garden KC is teaming up with Azura Credit Union to bring summer fun to Olathe!

Join us for a fun-filled, family-friendly day at Azura Outdoors, a beautiful outdoor programming space created as a special community give back for Olathe residents.

We're currently looking for fine artists, bakers, and makers to join this curated summer market!

Event Details
When: Saturday, June 14th
Where: Azura Credit Union – 11750 South Fellows Street, Olathe, KS
Market Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Vendor Schedule
Load-In: 8:30 AM – 9:45 AM
Load-Out: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Booth Fee: 10' x 10' Canopy Space – $35

This event is highly curated, so please submit quality photos of both your booth display and products when applying. Vendors are selected based on professionalism, experience, booth presentation, quality, and product/service type.

Vendor Requirements:
• Vendors must provide their own 10x10 canopy
• 20–30 lb weights per leg are required
• Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, tablecloths, and displays

We strongly encourage live art and live painting at our events! Shoppers love engaging with artists who are creating on the spot. If you plan to create live during the event, please indicate that in your application.

This is a family-friendly event! Kids are welcome to attend with another adult present. Free kids' activities will be available, and food trucks will be on site.

✨ Vendor selections will begin May 14th.

Waitlist Procedures

You may be placed on the waitlist if there are no available spaces. If placed on the waitlist, you may be notified via email if there is a cancellation and be offered the opportunity to vend. If you accept, you will only be charged for the event and added to the map.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Vendors MUST cancel at least 7 days prior to the event date to receive a refund.
• In the event of weather cancellations determined by the Art Garden KC management team, vendors will be notified via email and refunds will be issued to all vendors.
• No Call, No Shows will receive a mark on their account which may limit your ability to vend at our curated events.

Product Limitations

• No unaltered trademarked, logo’d, or licensed images or products. Items utilizing such images must be altered in such a way that they are distinguishable from the original design.

General Expectations 

• Arrive on time and stay set up until event ends. Emergency situations will be taken into consideration at the discretion of the AGKC Team member on-site, please alert us if you need to leave early due to an emergency.
• Clean up after yourself and keep your booth clean and orderly.
• Be respectful to staff, event patrons and other vendors.
• Vendor owned canopies must be secured to the ground with blocks, sandbags or other heavy objects to prevent property damage and injury to others.
   

Property Damage
Azura Credit Union and Art Garden Kansas City LLC and its employees, agents or officials are hereby released from any responsibility or liability for loss or damage of merchandise or property while it is being displayed/stored in this location. Vendors are responsible for their own personal liability and/or general liability insurance. By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
