Food/Beverage/Desserts

We are looking for exactly three food trucks to be the meal providers for our upcoming summer festival. Our goal is to provide a "Trio of Tastes" three distinct, quality menus that offer meals to our hungry attendees. 

In addition to our main meal vendors, we are looking for dessert and beverage vendors to provide the perfect summer treats.

Please be advised:

May sell only the menu items listed on application (no alcohol permitted).
Must comply with Iredell County Health Department standards. License must be on site.

No electricity is available, you may bring a generator if needed.

To ensure success for our vendors and variety for our guests, we will only select one truck per major category. We are currently seeking applicants specializing in:
Classic Comfort: Gourmet Burgers, Pizza, Hotdogs, BBQ.. etc.
Global Flavors: Tacos (traditional or fusion), Asian bowls, etc.
Unique Entrees: Handheld wraps, specialty grilled cheese, loaded savory dishes.. etc.

To keep the festival balanced and fair for everyone, vendor catergories are limited. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Vendors may only sell items listed on their application unless approved by the event organizer.

By submitting this application, vendors agree to the following terms and event guidelines:

Application & Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected to ensure a balanced variety of products and to avoid too many similar businesses.

Approved Products
Vendors may only sell items listed on their application. Any additional items must be approved by the event organizer prior to the event.

Vendor Space
Vendor spaces are 10x10 unless otherwise noted. Vendors must remain within their assigned space and are responsible for providing their own setup (tent, tables, chairs, displays, etc.) unless otherwise specified.

Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive and complete setup during the designated setup time provided before the event begins. Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by the event organizer.

Weather Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable due to weather conditions or vendor cancellation.

Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, and setup. Mochas Enchantments and the event venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Licenses & Permits
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, permits, and health department requirements related to their business.

Conduct
All vendors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment. The event organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor not following event guidelines.
