About the application
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2026 Saengerfest event as a marketplace vendor!
Saengerfest is a celebration of music, community and fun! This event features two outdoor stages, various interactive attractions, a kids activity area, and many artisan vendors in addition to the wonderful downtown New Braunfels businesses! We anticipate attendance of 10,000+ guests throughout the day. Vendors will be open from noon until approximately 8:30pm. Entertainment continues until 10pm.

Terms & Conditions
Interested vendors should complete this application by April 5, 2026.
Submission of this application does not guarantee approval to participate in the event.
Vendors will be notified of their status on or around April 10, 2026.
- Vendors must provide their own display equipment, i.e. tables, chairs, canopy or tent, skirts, etc.
Vendors may enhance their booth’s visual appeal with an encroachment into the festival walkway with décor or items for sale at a maximum depth of 2-1/2 ft.
Canopy corners must be secured by weights, as canopies will be located on a paved roadway.
Canopies may not, in any circumstances, be staked to the ground.
Electricity is not provided or available for this event.
Generators are not permitted.
- All vendors must sign a liabiity waiver prior to setting up at the event.
Eligibility
Participation as a marketplace vendor is open to individual artists and craftspeople presenting original works, boutiques offering a unique selection of products, and other vendors who will enhance the overall spirit of the event. To maintain the quality and balance of the marketplace, not all entries are guaranteed to be accepted. We do not restrict the number of vendors in a particular category, but do attempt to assign them to different locations within the festival.
Booth Space & Fees
10x10 open spaces are available. Vendors may book up to 3 connected spaces (up to 10x30) if space is available. When completing the application, vendors should select their preferred area of the festival AND booth size. (The booth size or area of the festival selected will not impact your acceptance in to the festival. Should you choose an area that's already "full" we will work with you on selecting a different location and adjust the price of your entry accordingly.)
Anticipated Itinerary:
Set up: 7am – 11am
Vendor Hours: Noon – 8:30pm
Takedown: 8:30pm - 11pm
*Vendors may not arrive early and must remain open for the entirety of the event.
