About the application
Polynesian Vibe!
Artisan and retail vendors are invited to join the outdoor vendor village at Heiva i Los Angeles.
The event will take place at Redondo Beach Union High School, with the vendor area located on the front lawn and open to the public throughout the day.
The village will welcome families, performers, and local visitors.
Polynesian crafts have our heart, but local South Bay and Redondo Beach businesses are encouraged to apply.
Vendor spaces are limited and selection is curated to ensure quality and variety.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
1. Booth Space
Each vendor space measures 10’ x 10’ and is located on the outdoor grass lawn at Redondo Beach Union High School.
The lawn area contains natural slopes and uneven terrain. Vendors must ensure their setup is stable and safe under these conditions.
2. Equipment
Vendors must provide their own:
• Tent
• Tables
• Chairs
• Tent weights (mandatory)
Electricity is not available for lawn vendor booths.
3. Setup & Breakdown
Setup begins at 8:00 AM.
All vendors must be fully packed and cleared from the site by 8:00 PM.
Vendors must operate only within their assigned space and follow directions from event staff.
4. Legal Compliance
Vendors are responsible for:
• Holding a valid California Seller’s Permit
• Collecting and reporting sales tax
• Complying with all applicable local and state regulations
HIP’S LEAGUE LLC and the venue assume no responsibility for vendor legal compliance.
5. Cleanliness
Vendors must maintain a clean booth area at all times.
All trash, packaging, and materials must be removed at the end of the event.
6. Weather
This is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine unless canceled by the Organizer.
Vendors assume all weather-related risks.
7. Payment & Cancellation
Booth fees are non-refundable in the event of vendor cancellation or no-show.
If the Organizer cancels the event due to severe weather or force majeure, booth fees will be issued as credit toward a future HIP’S LEAGUE event.
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
Prices
| Application fees | $25.00 | Non-refundable | There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application. |
| 10x10 Booth | $200.00 | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. |
| 10x20 Booth | $350.00 | Non-refundable | Double booth space is 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep. |
