About the event
Terms & Conditions
Vendor Fees – All vendors must submit full payment in advance to secure their space. Vendors will not be granted access to the event grounds or receive pre-event communications until payment has been received and processed. Space is only confirmed once payment is received in full.
Booth Space – Each vendor will be provided with a 10' x 10' activation space. Vendors are responsible for bringing and setting up their own 10' x 10' tent, tables, chairs, and any additional setup materials.
Event Duration – Vendors are required to remain fully set up and operational for the entire duration of the event to ensure a high-quality experience for attendees. Early breakdown or departure is strictly prohibited.
Electricity & Water – Unless explicitly stated in pre-event communications, electricity and water will not be provided for vendors. Vendors should plan accordingly and bring necessary equipment if power or water access is required.
Weather Policy & Refunds/Transfers – The event will take place rain or shine. Refunds, credits, or transfers will not be issued due to vendor cancellations, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances outside of the organizer’s control.
