EVENT INFORMATION:

 

Please arrive to the event no later than 4:00pm to be ready to serve by 5:00pm (4001 Main St.)  

 

Approved Food Vendors will be given a designated space in Downtown Rowlett. 

 

The site map will be made available a week prior to the event.  

 

Susan Urrutia will be your point of contact for day of event questions.

Sweet Taste of Pride - 2026..! Brought to you by the DEI Community Project. Family Friendly Event for Everyone. Bring your chairs, blankets, and picnic baskets for an evening on the Downtown Green. Special Guest Speakers Perfomances Free Face Painting Free Balloon Animals for the Kids Live DJ Free Cobbler courtesy of Sammy Lou's (while it lasts) Free bottled water (while it lasts) Door prizes and Giveaways Register for the Grand Prize - (must be present to win) Free Coloring Station for the Kids Food and Craft Vendors Food Trucks Sensory Tent You can anticipate great food and market vendors, free cobbler (til' we run out) from our generous sponsor Sammy Lou's, door prizes you don't want to miss, an activity filled kid zone, and the grand finale of the evening being the lighting of the Downtown Rowlett Water Tower.!

Application fees $25.00 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
Food Trucks up to 24 feet long $50.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Food Trailers up to 20 feet in length $50.00 Non-refundable
