Terms & Conditions
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ
1. All booth spaces are sold in 10' x 10' increments. All vendors are expected to maintain all of their booth materials within their purchased 10' x 10' booth space.
2. The sale of weapons, firearms, and pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited.
3. The sale of water, soda and alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited. The official concessionaire will be selling beverages, such as water, soda and alcohol.
4. Booth spaces do not come with tents, tables or chairs. Tent/Structure rentals through SF Pride are currently not available at the time of application publication.
5. All canopy tents must be anchored at each corner with a minimum 25lb. weight, no exceptions. SF Pride will not have materials on site to accommodate tent weights. Failure to anchor tents properly, will result in being asked to remove the tent on site.
6. All canopy covers must be factory-labeled flame retardant. No exceptions.
7. No fresh water will be provided on site. Gray water disposal will be available on site.
8. Power will not be provided on site. No gasoline generators may be used.
9. There is NO on site parking for the event. Parking must be secured by the booth vendor outside of the Pride Celebration footprint.
10. Ice may be purchased on site through the Food & Beverage department. More details on the on-site process will be available closer to the event.
11. All approved booths must provide SF Pride with proof of comprehensive General Liability insurance by the communicated deadline. Failure to provide proof of insurance will result in a forfeiture of the booth space(s). Additional information provided upon acceptance.
12. All approved booth applications must be paid in full within 15 days of the application approval. Failure to provide payment will result in a forfeiture of the booth space(s).
13. This event is non-refundable.
