We intentionally limit overlap and direct competition to help maximize vendor sales.
🎶 Live Music – A full evening of performances and activations keeps attendees on-site and eating all event long.
📣 Marketing Exposure – Participating food trucks will be promoted across event social media, email campaigns, and festival materials.
What We’re Looking For
-Food, Packaged snacks, cookies, and treats
-Specialty drinks, non-alcoholic beverages, and boba
-Handheld or ready-to-go items that are easy for attendees to enjoy while enjoying the music.

Food & Drink Vendor Terms & Conditions
Women of Country Concert
Boling Park, Canton, Ga | April 18, 2026
By submitting an application and/or participating in Women of Country Concert 2026 (“Event”), the food, snack or drink vendor (“Vendor”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions as set forth by Rock for Rescues and any affiliated partners (“Event Producers”).
1. Compliance With Laws & Regulations
Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, State of Georgia, Cherokee County, and local regulations, including but not limited to:
Georgia Department of Public Health requirements
Cherokee & surrounding county Public Health regulations
Cherokee County Fire Marshal regulations
Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, approvals, and inspections necessary to operate at the Event, including any permits required for serving food, beverages, or alcohol.
2. Insurance & Risk Acknowledgement
General event insurance is provided by Rock for Rescues as the Event Producer. While individual vendor insurance is recommended, it is not required.
Vendor acknowledges and agrees that participation is at Vendor’s own risk, and Vendor is responsible for protecting their property, equipment, staff, and operations.
3. Health, Safety & Fire Regulations
Vendor must comply with all Cherokee County Fire Marshal and public safety requirements, including but not limited to:
Approved fire extinguishers on-site at all times
Proper propane usage and storage
Generator safety, placement, and noise compliance
Food handling and sanitation standards as required by law
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.
4. Menu, Pricing & Product Approval
All menus, pricing, and product offerings must be submitted for approval. No substitutions, additions, or pricing changes may be made without prior written consent from Event Producers.
Event Producers reserve the right to limit menu overlap, restrict specific items, and maintain a curated vendor mix to ensure variety and quality for festival attendees.
5. Load-In, Operations & Breakdown
Vendor agrees to comply with all assigned:
Load-in and load-out times
Space assignments
Required operational hours
All vendors MUST stay on property and be fully set up and staffed for the entire duration of the Event, either by the vendor or an authorized staff member.
Failure to operate for the full duration of the Event, early departure, or late arrival may result in penalties, forfeiture of fees, or exclusion from future events.

Food truck spaces are EXTREMELY limited. Early applications are strongly encouraged.
Join us for Bourbon 2026, a high-energy, high-attendance festival celebrating bold flavors, premium bourbon, live music, and an electric atmosphere at one of Metro Atlanta’s most sought-after destinations—The Battery Atlanta. Home of the Atlanta Braves. We are seeking top-tier food trucks to serve thousands of hungry festivalgoers throughout the day.

-All products must be high-quality, safe, and appropriate for a family-friendly festival environment.
Due to very limited space, vendors will be selected based on menu variety, food quality, professionalism, and overall festival fit.
We ask all applicants to review terms and conditions prior to submitting an application.
Rock for Rescues,and Goin’ Social Events and City of Canton reserve the right to refuse any vendor.

6. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
Vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe vending area at all times. All trash, food waste, and debris must be disposed of in approved locations only.
Dumping of any waste onsite or into storm drains is strictly prohibited and may result in fines or removal.
7. Liability Waiver & Indemnification
Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rock for Rescues, Goin’ Social Events, City of Canton, Boling Park Cherokee County, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from Vendor’s participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or regulatory violations.
8. No Guarantee of Sales, Attendance, or Utility Access
Vendor acknowledges that Rock for Rescues does not guarantee:
Sales volume or profitability
Attendance numbers
Weather conditions
Event outcomes
Availability of electricity, water, or other utilities
Rock for Rescues shall not be liable for loss of revenue, unsold product, poor sales, weather-related impacts, acts of God, or low attendance.
9. Cancellation, Weather & Force Majeure
The Event is scheduled rain or shine. Vendor fees and deposits are non-refundable, including in cases of severe weather, acts of God, government orders, public safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond Event Producers’ control.
10. Right of Refusal & Removal
Event Producers reserve the absolute right to:
Refuse any vendor application
Reassign vendor locations
Remove any vendor from the Event for non-compliance, safety concerns, misrepresentation, or conduct deemed inappropriate
Removal shall be without refund.
11. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, with venue for any legal action exclusively in Cherokee County, Georgia.
12. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of an application, payment of fees, and/or participation in the Event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
