About the application
We’re so glad you’re interested in becoming a vendor at the Shreveport Farmers’ Market! All prospective vendors are asked to complete an application so we can ensure the best possible mix of products and experiences for our community.
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and all vendors are reviewed and approved each year. Once your application has been carefully considered, the Market Manager will notify you of your status (approved, waitlisted, or not accepted) in writing via email.
We truly appreciate your interest and look forward to learning more about what you have to offer!
You will be put on a waitlist pending approval. No charges will take place until you are officially confirmed to be a vendor.
Shreveport Farmers’ Market Vendor Checklist
- Read the 2026 General Regulations
- Gather necessary insurance documents
- Know what your electrical needs are (110v, 220v, plug type, total amps)
- Identify what type of Vendor you are and apply accordingly
- Prepared to pay the $10 administrative when you apply.

Non-refundable | Select the quantity based on the number of weeks times the number of spaces (3 spaces max, limited availability). NOTE: Single Spaces are either 8x10 (in the center of the pavilion with no electricity) or 10x10 (on the outer edges of the pavilion with electricity for most) Food Truck/trailers are considered one space with electricity. All fees are due on the 15th of each month for the coming month. (May/June market fees are due on May 15th; July fees are due June 15th; August fees are due July 15th). To avoid platform processing fees at check-out, select to pay by ACH or pay by check or cash at the Revel Office before the deadline. |

| Insurance Single Space | $75.00 | Non-refundable | This is a one time fee and will be due on May 15th, or for late comers it is due upon approval. This is not an individual insurance policy for the vendor, it simply provides coverage for the vendor while they are vending at the Shreveport Farmers' Market between May 30, 2026 and August 29, 2026. NOTE: To avoid the insurance fee provide a COI (certificate of insurance) for the required $1mil/occurrence; $3mil aggregate/occurrence before the payment deadline.
