About the event

Camp Verde Parks & Recreation invites food trucks and specialty vendors to apply for our 2026 Food Truck Night series, held at the Redinger Ramada. This is a free, family-friendly community event open to the public. These monthly gatherings take place on the third Thursday of each month from April through September and bring families, residents, and visitors together for great food and a relaxed evening atmosphere. While the primary focus is food, we aim to enhance the experience with live music or other forms of entertainment whenever possible. Vendor Lineup Structure To provide a well-rounded experience for attendees, we intentionally curate each month’s lineup and aim to include: • 1 Diverse/Entrée-Focused Food Truck • 1 Dessert-Oriented Vendor • 1 Specialty Drink Vendor Additional vendors may be selected depending on space availability and overall event balance. Because we structure each event intentionally, acceptance may result in participation for one or multiple dates depending on product type, availability, and lineup needs.
