Food Vendor Application
About the application
Thank you for your interest in participating as a food vendor at Rotary Rocks the Beach. This application is specifically for vendors preparing and selling food or beverages during the event.
Each approved food vendor space is $150. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, food truck, trailer, tables, equipment, and all necessary setup materials. Power and water are not provided. Vendors must be fully self-contained and comply with all health department regulations and permitting requirements.
Applications are reviewed to ensure a diverse and well-balanced food selection. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Payment is required upon approval to secure your space.

Rotary Rocks the Beach
By submitting this application, food vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Application & Approval
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendors will be selected to ensure a balanced and diverse food offering.
Payment of the $150 vendor fee is required upon approval to secure space.
2. Space & Setup
Food vendor spaces will be assigned based on setup type (tent, trailer, or food truck).
Vendors must remain within their designated space.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, trailer, food truck, tables, cooking equipment, fire extinguishers, and all necessary setup materials.
Electricity, water, and power are not provided. Vendors must be fully self-contained.
Tents must be properly weighted for beach conditions. Stakes may not be permitted.
3. Health & Permits
Vendors must comply with all local, county, and state health department regulations.
All required food permits, temporary event permits, and licenses must be obtained prior to the event.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax.
Proof of licensing and insurance may be required upon request.
4. Event Operations
Vendors must be fully set up prior to event start time and remain open during designated event hours.
Early breakdown is not permitted without approval from event organizers.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean area and properly disposing of grease, wastewater, and trash. No dumping on site is permitted.
5. Liability & Insurance
Vendors participate at their own risk.
Vendors assume full responsibility for their equipment, staff, and operations.
Event organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, weather-related impacts, or personal injury.
Vendors must carry appropriate liability insurance and may be required to list the event organizer as additionally insured.
6. Weather Policy
This is a rain-or-shine event unless deemed unsafe by event organizers.
Vendor fees are non-refundable due to weather unless the event is officially canceled by organizers.
7. Conduct
Vendors must operate in a professional and family-friendly manner.
Event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor not complying with event policies or safety standards.
