About the application
Thank you for your interest in participating in Rotary Rocks the Beach. While the event features both food and retail vendors, this application is specifically for non-food retail vendors offering merchandise such as handcrafted goods, artwork, apparel, jewelry, specialty products, and other retail items appropriate for a family-friendly beachfront event.
Each approved vendor will receive a 10’ x 10’ space for $75. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and proper tent weights suitable for beach conditions. Electricity is not guaranteed.
Applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced and diverse vendor selection. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Payment is required upon approval to secure your space.

Retail Vendor Terms & Conditions
Rotary Rocks the Beach – Non-Food Vendors
By submitting this application, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Application & Approval
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendors will be selected to ensure a balanced and diverse event.
Payment of the $75 vendor fee is required upon approval to secure space.
2. Space & Setup
Each vendor space is 10’ x 10’.
Vendors must remain within their assigned space.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and all setup materials.
Tents must be properly weighted and secured for beach conditions. Stakes may not be permitted depending on park regulations.
Electricity and power are not provided.
3. Event Operations
Vendors must be fully set up prior to event start time and remain open during designated event hours.
Early breakdown is not permitted without event organizer approval.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and removing all trash at the end of the event.
4. Permits & Compliance
Vendors must comply with all applicable local, county, and state laws.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax.
Rotary Rocks the Beach and Gulf Beaches Rotary are not responsible for vendor licensing requirements.
5. Liability & Insurance
Vendors participate at their own risk.
Vendors assume full responsibility for their property, merchandise, and equipment.
Event organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, weather-related impacts, or personal injury.
Proof of insurance may be required upon request.
6. Weather Policy
This is a rain-or-shine event unless deemed unsafe by event organizers.
Vendor fees are non-refundable due to weather unless the event is officially canceled by organizers.
7. Conduct
Vendors must maintain a professional and family-friendly presence.
Event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor who fails to comply with event policies.
