Marketplace Food Vendor
About the application
Please choose no more than 3 Marketplace events to attend
Payment will be charged on the first day of the month for each Marketplace
(for example - May Participants will be charged on May 1)
Application for Food Vendors - Please upload a current copy of your business license, Cobb/Douglas DPH or Powder Springs Food Service permit and at least one photo of your setup. You must provide these documents in order to be considered.
Food Trucks with Cobb / Douglas Public Health Certification recieve priority status.
Please Note:
- All trash must be begged and placed in trash carts. No garbage should be left in your booth space.
- Grease, Oils and Hot Water must be disposed of by vendor OFF-SITE
- Water and Power Access are not guarenteed by the city. Please provide Quiet Generator
- Pricing and Payment must be clearly displayed where patrons can see them

Liability Waiver:
The applicant agrees for itself and/or its employees, agents, or volunteers associated or to be associated with the activity for which the application being sought to waive and relinquish all claims that may result in a manner against the City, it's Mayor, City Council, Officials, employees and agents from the said applicant.

| September 9 - Food Vendor | $100.00 | Non-refundable | Food Truck/Tent Fee is $100.00 Payment will be charged on September 1 |
| October 14 - Food Vendor | $100.00 | Non-refundable | Food Truck/Tent Fee is $100.00 Payment will be charged on October 1 |
