Join us for the 3rd Annual Covington Garden Faire & Market at Lily & Sparrow Mercantile in beautiful downtown Covington, GA — a vibrant Spring celebration designed to help guests ready their homes and gardens for the warmer months while enjoying family-friendly fun.
✨ NEW this year — in support of Autism Acceptance Month:
• Live Pet Adoptions in the park (10 AM – 1 PM)
• Sensory Play Area for inclusive engagement
Guests will also enjoy face painting, our beloved Fairies & Gnomes costume contest for kids, live entertainment, and a curated artisan market.

We are seeking handmade, local, spring-inspired vendors including (but not limited to):
Garden décor • Seeds & seedlings • Plants • Local produce • Specialty foods • Teas • Candles • Soaps • Flowers • Jewelry • Home décor • Wind chimes • and more.
⭐ Neurodivergent Maker Pricing
In support of Autism Acceptance Month and our commitment to inclusive entrepreneurship, we offer a limited number of reduced-rate spaces for neurodivergent makers (including autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, and other neurodivergent-identifying entrepreneurs).
Eligible vendors may select the Neurodivergent Maker rate when choosing their booth fee.
*No documentation is required. This offering operates on the honor system as part of our effort to create a more accessible and supportive marketplace.
**Limited number of reduced-rate spaces available. Once filled, standard pricing will apply.

Terms & Conditions
Rain or Shine
This is an outdoor event and will take place rain, cold, or shine. We encourage all participants to dress appropriately for the weather.
Vendor Setup
Your vendor fee covers space only. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, displays, tents, weights, and seating as needed.
Non-Refundable Fees
All net proceeds from vendor fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Safety Requirements
All vendors are required to have a fire extinguisher and proper tent weights on the day of the event. This is a local fire ordinance and may be enforced by inspection from the fire department.
Family-Friendly Policy
This is a family-friendly event. All presentations must be tasteful and positive.
Any vendor found to bring or display items that are not whole-family friendly will be asked to leave. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
• Products that promote drugs or drug use
• Violence or gore
• Sexually explicit content or suggestive imagery
• Graphic depictions of body parts
• Explicit language or offensive material
• Occult practices or spiritual readings
• Dark spiritual themes
• Any other items or concepts deemed inappropriate by the event organizers
This policy is non-negotiable. Thank you for helping us create a safe and welcoming environment for guests of all ages.
Force Majeure Clause
In the event of cancellation, in whole or in part, due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather disasters, acts of God, or emergencies), no refunds will be issued. The event will be rescheduled, and your vendor spot will automatically be honored for the new date.
Payment Policy
Vendors must provide valid payment information upon application.
If a payment attempt is declined, we will reach out directly to allow an opportunity to resolve the issue. If no resolution is made, a second attempt will be processed. If the second payment attempt is also declined, your spot will be forfeited and you will not be permitted to participate in this event.
We reserve the right to decline participation at any time and move to the next applicant.
Prohibited Items
For the safety of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited:
• Firearms, knives, or weapons of any kind
• Sharp objects intended for harm
• Glass bottles (please use non-glass containers)
• Illegal drugs
• Fireworks or explosives
• Any item deemed dangerous by event staff
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on site.
Conduct Policy
To maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere, access to the event will be refused to anyone who:
• Is under the influence of illegal substances
• Is visibly intoxicated
• Has been banned from previous events by the organizers or local authorities
• Demonstrates disruptive, aggressive, or violent behavior
• Refuses to comply with event security or staff directions
Liability Waiver
Lily & Sparrow Mercantile, LLC (host location) and Sparrow Launch Co. (event organizers) are not responsible for any loss or damage to vendor property or personal belongings during the event.
This includes loss or damage to any vehicle on or near the festival grounds, including vehicles that may be towed.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all Terms & Conditions of the Covington Garden Faire & Market. Approval to participate is contingent upon compliance with these policies.

| Community Resource Business/Organization | 6-8ft Table Space | $45.00 | Non-refundable | For Businesses and Community Organizations providing resources which support Autistic/Neurodivergent Individuals. Vendor provides 6-8 ft table and setup. |
