About the application
Welcome to Music in the Park, hosted by the Carnation Association of Neighbors!
The free event takes place Sunday, April 12, 4-7 p.m. with music at the park's amphitheater, with graded lawn seating and an idyllic lake backdrop, along with family-friendly programming and vendors and info booths in the Circle of Life, just south of the amphitheater.
Vendor load in for the event will begin at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, April 12. The event will run from 4-7 p.m. with load out immediately after.
Terms & Conditions
By registering for Music in the Park, you, the vendor, agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booth Responsibility: Vendors are fully responsible for their own booth setup, maintenance, and breakdown. All items and equipment must be secured, and vendors should ensure their booths are staffed during the event's hours of operation.
Prohibited Items: Vendors agree not to sell or display any items that promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination. Additionally, products not suitable for individuals under the age of 21, including but not limited to alcohol, tobacco, or explicit materials, are strictly prohibited.
Compliance with Laws: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to licensing, health, and safety requirements.
Indemnification: Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Carnation Association of Neighbors, its volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the vendor’s participation in the event.
Event Changes: The event organizer reserves the right to modify event details, including booth assignments or the event schedule, and will provide notice of such changes when possible.

* A Temporary/Seasonal Food Establishment permit is required for vendors operating at events unless they are operating within the guidelines of their Food Catering Permit, Mobile Food Establishment Permit, or are a Cottage Food Vendor. Vendors that have an Eating & Drinking Permit or Food Processor/Food Production Permit may also need to obtain a Temporary/Seasonal Food Establishment Permit unless they are only providing individually packaged non-time/temperature control for safety foods that are properly labeled. For information on exemptions please refer to the Permit Exemptions document.
