About the application
This application is for food vendors only. If applying to become a food vendor for the annual International Festival please ensure the following:
- Food vendors must meet local health and safety guidelines (e.g., food handling, permits)
- Vendors have the ability to meet the volume of attendees, including staffing and product quantity- estimating 4,000-5,000 patrons.
- Vendors possess adequate equipment, supplies, and personnel to manage large crowds.
- Willingness to set up and break down on time.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Food Vendors for this event must be prepared to setup their display and remove it within the timeframes suggested by the Downtown Lynchburg Association. This time is usually limited to one hour for setup and one hour for cleanup. This will be determined by event organizers and communicated prior to the event.
All other criteria as listed must be met in order to be considered for this event.
