About the application
Definition of School Entry: A K-12 school or higher education establishment. *Note: Review the Entry Categories document to ensure you are applying under the right category. Failure to apply under the right category may lead your application being denied or a request to resubmit under the proper category if space allows. Space is limited in each category. If you are currently a sponsor or community partner signed on to participate in the 2026 Denver Pride events (Festival, Parade, or 5K), do not complete this application. You will be provided a separate link to submit your parade information if a parade entry is part of your Denver Pride package.
Applicants will need to provide company information, as well as some preliminary information about your entry including the add ones you would like as part of your entry. PLEASE NOTE: Your credit card will be charged at time of submitting your application.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
All applicants will need to sign off that they have read and agree to the 2026 Vizzy Denver Pride Parade Rules & Regulations. The complete 2026 Vizzy Denver Pride Parade Rules & Regulations may be found on both the Denver Pride Parade website and in the documents section of the application. Should the applicant be selected to participate, all members of their entry are responsible for follow all 2026 Vizzy Denver Pride Parade Rules & Regulations. Should an entry or one of their participants be found in violation of one of the 2026 Vizzy Denver Pride Parade Rules & Regulations, their entry may be fined or may not be allowed to participate in future years' parade.

This includes 15 participants and the option to order a parade banner through our sponsor, Vizzy. Banner will have Vizzy artwork displayed on the banner where possible. |

Choose this option if you want 16-50 participants in your entry. |
| School - Up to 100 Participants (Choose this option for 51-100 participants) | $50.00 | Non-refundable | DO NOT select 50 participants above if you want 51-100 participants in your entry. Your base application comes with 15 participants. This add on allows your entry to have UP TO 100 participants. This includes participants riding in vehicles and those walking the route. Choose this option if you want 51-100 participants in your entry. |
| School - Standard Size Vehicle | $50.00 | Non-refundable | A standard-size vehicle is deemed as a vehicle that can fit into a traditional parking spot and holds 7 or less people. If you will have any participants riding outside of a traditional seat, the vehicle will be categorized as a float and your organization should purchase a float during the application process. Each application can apply for up to 2 standard-size vehicles. |
| School - Large Vehicle | $100.00 | Non-refundable | A large vehicle is deemed as any vehicle that seats more than 7 or does not fit into a standard parking spot. |
| School - Float | $100.00 | Non-refundable | A float is a decorated platform either built on/into a vehicle or towed by a vehicle OR a large decorated platform pulled or pushed by parade participants. This includes your tow vehicle and you do no need to register for that separately. If a participant will be riding a vehicle outside of a standard seat, the vehicle will be classified as a float. All floats must comply with all rules & regulations put forth by both The Center on Colfax & the City of Denver. See the 2026 Float Information in the documents sections of the application. |

- If you selected yes to sound, please describe the sound. Please note, sirens of any kind will not be allowed during the parade as we reserve sirens for emergency situations.
- If you selected yes to distribution, please provide a prelimiary list of items you are considering for distribution. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER YOUR ITEMS UNTIL THEY HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY PARADE MANAGEMENT.
