Step into a world of enchantment as Midway transforms into a magical and mystical realm for one spellbinding day.
Join us on Saturday, April 25 beginning at 11:00 AM for a day filled with wonder, whimsy, dragons, fairies, and surprises around every corner. Stroll historic Main Street, explore the Courtyard, and experience a town brought to life with magic.
Throughout the day, guests can enjoy a unique photo experience at Wildside Wine Bar featuring wolves from Wolf Run Wildlife Rescue. Hunt for hidden fairy doors along Main Street and in the Courtyard. Visit A Likely Story Bookstore for flash (permanent) tattoos. Discover mystical food and beverage offerings at local restaurants and Spotz, including “Tink’s Margarita” from Don Jockey. Browse enchanted storefronts and themed pop-up vendor booths lining Main Street.
Costumes are encouraged. Guests of all ages are invited to dress as fairies, dragons, wizards, woodland creatures, and other magical beings.
The Enchanted Courtyard will host a full afternoon of family-friendly activities from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including fairy meet-and-greets, live ukulele music, magical dragon eggs, falcons on display by the Kentucky Falconry Association, a butterfly and insect presentation with entomologist Tirzah Overbee, and a butterfly release hosted by Blinque’s Butterfly Garden.
A full courtyard schedule will be published closer to the event date.
Whether you believe in magic or simply enjoy a bit of mystery, Enchanted Midway promises a memorable spring day in historic Midway.

Booth Fee: $50
Booth Size: 10’ x 10’
Location: North side of Main Street (assigned street spaces)
Event Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Set-Up Begins: 9:00 AM
Approximately 15–20 vendor booths are available. Last year’s attendance exceeded 2,500 guests.
We are seeking vendors whose merchandise aligns with the magical, mystical, fairy, dragon, woodland, fantasy, or whimsical theme of the event. All merchandise must be family-friendly. Family friendly costumes are encouraged but not required.
Food vendor participation is limited and by invitation only.
Applications will be reviewed as received. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Payment instructions will be sent upon approval.

Vendor Terms and Conditions
Booth Requirements
• Booth fee is $50 for a 10’ x 10’ space.
• Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and display materials.
• Booth spaces are located on Main Street and will be assigned by event organizers. Music will be provided by the event, we ask vendors not to play any in their booth.
• Vendors may pull vehicles into the event area for loading and unloading only. Vehicles must be removed prior to event opening.
Event Timeline
• Set-up begins at 9:00 AM.
• Booths must be fully set up and operational by 11:00 AM.
• Vendors are required to remain open and staffed until 5:00 PM.
• Breakdown may not begin prior to 5:00 PM.
Detailed load-in instructions will be emailed to confirmed vendors several days before the event.
Weather Policy
• This is a rain or shine event.
• Cancellation will occur only in the event of severe weather.
• If the Midway Business Association cancels the event, all vendor fees will be refunded within 30 days.
• Booth fees are otherwise non-refundable.
Merchandise Guidelines
• This is a family-friendly event.
• Merchandise must be appropriate for all ages.
• The Midway Business Association reserves the right to require removal of any items deemed obscene or inappropriate.
Liability
• The City of Midway and the Midway Business Association are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property for any reason during the event.
• Vendors assume all responsibility for their booth, merchandise, and personal property.
Acceptance
• Applications are reviewed as received.
• Space is limited.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
