Vendor Release, Indemnity & Hold Harmless Agreement
I fully understand that my participation in the 2026 City of Bastrop Touch a Truck presents exposure to the risk of personal injury, death, or property damage. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and agree to assume all risks.

I hereby release, discharge, and agree not to sue the City of Bastrop, its officials, officers, agents, employees, representatives, or volunteers for any injury, death, or loss of property arising out of or connected with participation in the event, including negligence.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims arising out of my participation, including injuries or damages caused in whole or in part by the intentional acts, negligence, or recklessness of the Released Parties.

I understand participants may be photographed or recorded at the event and grant full permission for such media to be used by the City of Bastrop for promotional purposes.

I certify that I have read the 2026 Touch a Truck Vendor Guidelines, understand all expectations, and agree to comply with all event rules, instructions, and requirements. I certify all information submitted in this application is true and correct.

- Please describe the truck/vehicle/equipment you plan to bring.
- I understand setup is between 3:30PM and 5:30PM and no vendor will be admitted in the event area after 5:30PM.
- I understand teardown before the movie begins (around 8PM) is not allowed.
- Do you grant the City of Bastrop permission to use event photos or videos that may include your setup for promotional purposes?
- I understand that only approved vehicles are permitted on the multipurpose field area during the event, and that I will be assigned an appropriate space that best fits my vehicle for entry/exit.
- I acknowledge that participation in the 2026 City of Bastrop TX Touch a Truck Event (“Event”) is voluntary and involves risk, which I knowingly assume. I release, waive, and agree to hold harmless the City of Bastrop, its officials, employees, agents, and volunteers from any claims or liability arising from my participation, including negligence, and I agree to indemnify the City of Bastrop from any such claims. I grant permission for photos, video, or other media captured during the Event to be used by the City of Bastrop. I certify that I have read and agree to the 2026 Touch a Truck Vendor Guidelines, will comply with all rules, and am responsible for required licenses, permits, and insurance. Typing my full legal name below constitutes my electronic signature and agreement to these terms.
