Welcome to the Miami All Nations Water Festival Vendor Application! 🌊☀️

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Miami Water Festival, a high-energy two-day summer celebration taking place July 4–5, 2026.

By completing this application, you are applying for our Early Bird Vendor Rate for day#1 (July 4th), available for a limited time. This discounted rate is offered to vendors who secure their space in advance and will end on March 30, 2026.

We encourage you to take advantage of this special pricing before rates increase.

The Miami All Nations Water Festival features:
• Day 1 – Saturday, July 4, 2026 (21+ Adult Splash Experience)
• Day 2 – Sunday, July 5, 2026 (Family & Kids Day) Must apply on the Day two event link.
• Water activities, live music, food, product vendors, bounce houses, and large-scale water battles
• A vibrant, high-attendance holiday weekend crowd

Spots are limited, and vendor categories may close once capacity is reached.

Miami Water Festival – A Two-Day Splash Experience! 💦☀️ Get ready for the ultimate summer celebration at the Miami Water Festival, a two-day high-energy splash experience filled with music, water fun, food, and unforgettable vibes! Day 1 – Saturday, July 4, 2026 (21+ Adult Splash Experience) Kick off Independence Day weekend with an adults-only water playground! Enjoy epic water battles, live DJs, high-energy music, delicious food vendors, specialty product vendors, and nonstop splash zones designed for grown-up fun. This is where Miami turns up the heat — and cools it down in style. Day 2 – Sunday, July 5, 2026 (Family & Kids Day) Bring the whole family out for a fun-filled day designed for kids and parents alike! Enjoy bounce houses, interactive water activities, family-friendly music, water battles, food vendors, product vendors, and plenty of safe splash zones for all ages. It’s the perfect way to wrap up the holiday weekend together. Terms & Conditions

Licenses & Permits 
Welcome to the NoMi All Nations Fan Experience. Each vendor is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining every license and permit required to operate in Florida, Miami-Dade County, and the City of North Miami. Depending on your business type, licensing may come from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) or the Florida Department of Health in Miami-Dade County (DOH); food vendors must hold all required food-service and food-safety permits in addition to a Business Tax Receipt. By applying, you represent and warrant that you hold, or will hold by event day, all required licenses and permits and that they will be valid on July 4, 2026.
CSS Events is the event organizer, not the licensing authority, and does not independently verify or police vendor licensing. You must keep your licenses and permits available on site and present them on demand to CSS Events staff and to any government inspector, including DBPR and Miami-Dade County DOH inspectors, who may inspect during setup or during the event.
If you cannot produce valid licensing, or if any inspector or authority denies, suspends, or shuts down your operation for any licensing, permitting, or food-safety reason, you will not be permitted to vend or will be removed from the event, and your fee is forfeited with no refund. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CSS Events, NoMi Village, and the City of North Miami from any claim arising from your licensing or compliance status. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ALCOHOL OR BEVERAGE VENDING SALES.

 

Electricity
All vendors provide their own power. Food trucks, trailers, and mobile shops must provide their own power via a quiet generator.

 

Event Guidelines
–    Event management may refuse any application.
–    Event management may amend these guidelines at any time.
–    Your spot is not secured until you are paid in full and CSS Events issues a “Paid + Confirmed” notice. 
–    Set up your space/truck two hours before event start. Arriving after setup time means you are not allowed on the property and you forfeit your fee.
–    Breakdown begins a half hour before event end, not before.
–    Event management may change setup and/or event times due to weather or other unforeseen conditions.
–    EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, DATE CHANGES, OR TRANSFERS. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
–    Absent extreme, severe weather, the event will not be cancelled; cancellation is at management's sole discretion. South Florida weather is unpredictable; vendors monitor weather and check in with management when unsure.

 

Payment & Authorization
–    Approved vendors are invoiced through Zoho Books. The listed price is the card price (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, including debit). Pay by ACH (bank transfer) to receive a discount. No separate processing fee is added.
–    Payment is due on receipt. Participation is confirmed only after the full invoice total is received and a “Paid + Confirmed” notice is issued.
–    By accepting these terms and later submitting payment, you authorize the charge and agree all participation fees and any card processing fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
–    Questions about a charge: contact CSS Events at billing@csseventsfl.com / 954-342-6309 before contacting your bank. A chargeback on a valid, non-refundable fee is a breach of these terms and may result in cost recovery and a ban from future CSS Events.

Setup, Parking & Cleanup
–    A final site map and space assignments are emailed about 10 hours before the event. Management may change the layout for programming, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
–    Check in with event staff before setting up to receive and confirm your assigned space. Tent vendors must use weights; spikes in the turf are not allowed.  Your check-in is recorded as proof your space was delivered.
–    Bring your own white 10x10 tents, tables, chairs, racks, lamps, a 100-ft extension cord, weights, and tarps. Come prepared for any weather.
–    Load-in time is provided 72 hours before the event. Unload at the designated area, then move your vehicle to assigned parking at 660 NW 125th St before setup. Management is not responsible for boots or fines from illegal parking.
–    Clean your licensed space to “broom clean” condition and remove all articles, waste, merchandise, and debris. No holes/spikes in the asphalt for tent poles without written approval. Vacate by event end. A reasonable cleaning fee may be charged for non-compliance.

 

FIFA / World Cup Compliance 
Sale of goods and services (concessions): a vendor may sell food, beverages, or other goods and services at this Public Viewing Event, provided the sale is not conducted in any manner that suggests the vendor or its goods are officially associated with FIFA, the Competition, or any Public Viewing Event (for example, as a sponsor, supplier, or the like). Vendors must not sell counterfeit or infringing goods or use FIFA or competition marks without authorization. Violation of this section results in immediate removal from the event without refund, and the vendor indemnifies CSS Events, NoMi Village, and the City of North Miami against any related claims.

 

Acceptance
By checking the agreement box and submitting this application, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, that you will be invoiced through Zoho Books, and that submitting payment authorizes the charge.
