Vendors will be assigned a set up time after 12pm on Friday. All vendors must arrive at their assigned time. Failure to do so could result in losing your spot.
The Mayor’s Office of Special Events has the right to remove any vendor for any reason. If more applications are received than space allows, priority will be given to earliest registrants.
Vendors are not allowed to sell any alcoholic beverages.
Tents are not necessary since we will be underneath the pavilion. However, if you decide to bring a tent anyway, a pop-up tent works best.
