On The Radar Hoops (OTR) is a nationally recognized youth basketball tournament organization hosting 45+ events annually, including multiple premier events with 300+ teams and thousands of athletes, coaches, and spectators in attendance.

We are opening select vendor opportunities at upcoming OTR tournaments. These events attract highly engaged families, competitive athletes, and decision-making parents actively seeking products and services that support performance, health, training, apparel, food, and lifestyle.

This is a premium opportunity to showcase your brand directly to 150–350 teams per event, connect with athletes ages 8–18 and their families, generate on-site sales, capture leads, and grow brand awareness through giveaways, demos, and promotions.

Vendors are selected based on category exclusivity, brand alignment, and overall event fit. Not all applications will be approved.

Space is limited and high-traffic positioning is prioritized for approved vendors.

1. Vendor Approval
   All vendor applications are subject to approval by On The Radar Hoops. Submission of payment does not guarantee acceptance. OTR reserves the right to deny any vendor application at its discretion.
2. Space and Setup
   Vendor space size will be specified in your approval confirmation. Vendors must provide their own tables, tents, signage, power solutions, and display materials unless otherwise stated. Setup must be completed prior to the start of the first game each day. Vendors may not relocate or expand their assigned space without approval.
3. Payment
   Full payment is required to secure vendor space. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by OTR. No refunds will be issued for weather, attendance fluctuations, or early departure.
4. Insurance and Liability
   Vendors assume full responsibility for their booth, equipment, inventory, and personnel. On The Radar Hoops, facility partners, and event staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless On The Radar Hoops and all affiliated partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or injuries arising from vendor participation. OTR may require proof of general liability insurance depending on venue requirements.
5. Conduct and Brand Standards
   Vendors must operate in a professional manner at all times. Offensive or inappropriate materials, disruptive sales tactics, unauthorized solicitation outside assigned space, and sound systems that interfere with gameplay are prohibited. OTR reserves the right to remove any vendor that violates conduct policies without refund.
6. Category Exclusivity
   OTR may limit vendors within certain product categories. Exclusivity is not guaranteed unless specifically contracted in writing.
7. Compliance
   Vendors are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal regulations, including sales tax collection, food handling permits if applicable, health department approvals, and business licensing requirements.
8. Weather and Force Majeure
   OTR is not responsible for cancellations or modifications due to weather, facility issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
9. Event Hours
   Vendors are expected to remain operational during peak event hours. Early breakdown is not permitted without approval.
