Welcome to the Hamburg Music Fest Vendor Application:

Event Details:
Date: June 13th, 12 pm - 8 pm 
Time: 12 pm - 8 pm 
Location: State Street Square  222 State Street  Hamburg, PA 

Vendor Fee:
The vendor fee is $30 for Hamburg Area Arts Alliance or Our Town Foundation members and $50 for non-members and must be paid upon approval of the application. 

About the event

🎶 Hamburg Music Fest 🎶 Join us for an all-day celebration of live music and community on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 12–8 PM at State Street Square (222 State Street, Hamburg, PA). This FREE, family-friendly festival features live performances by Laila Mack, Threat Michaels, Vinyl Rush, Anthrophobia, LTBRS Pottsville – The Band, and more. Enjoy great music, local food, beer by Copperz Brewing Co., and vendors while supporting the arts with the Hamburg Area Arts Alliance. 🎸 Live Music | 🍔 Food & Vendors | 🍺 Beer | 🎤 Free Admission

Terms & Conditions

Vendor Responsibilities:

●     Vendors must provide their own table, chairs, and canopy/tent if needed.

●     A 10x10 site will be provided for vendor space 

●     Set-up time will begin at 10 am.

●     Vendors must be fully set up by 11:30 am.

●     Tear-down must be completed by 9 pm.

●     No vehicles are permitted on the grass. 

●     To participate in this event, all vendors must agree to follow the public health guidelines issued by the Commonwealth of PA as of the date of this event.  

●     You are responsible for keeping your area free from trash and removing your trash at the end of the day. Volunteers will be monitoring trash removal, and a fee of $300 will be assessed to vendors who do not clean up their location or if trash is left on their site.

 

Important Information For All Vendors
 
The event committee has the sole right to reject any application. We will notify applicants if they are accepted or not. 

ALL applications that are submitted and do not include the required items on the application checklist below will not be considered. 

All registration fees are forfeited if you choose not to participate; however, if you’re not selected to participate, your fee will be refunded. This event is a Rain or Shine event. 
Certificate of Insurance: I understand that Our Town Foundation’s liability insurance does not cover vendors participating in this event. I understand that I should provide my own liability insurance. By signing below, you are acknowledging that the items you are selling, and you personally, are not covered by the host’s insurance policy.   

Agreement:
By submitting this application, I agree to abide by all event rules and regulations. I understand that the vendor fee is non-refundable and that I am responsible for providing my own setup materials. By signing this agreement you and/or your business shall save, keep harmless and defend the festival and all its officers, employees, agents and volunteers against any and all liability claims, costs of whatever kind and nature, for injury to or death of any person or persons and for loss and damage to any property occurring in connection with or in any way incident to or arising out of the occupancy, use, service, operation or performance of work in connection with this contract and acts or omissions of the Our Town Foundation and the employees, agents, representatives, or volunteers. 

I agree that Our Town Foundation and the Hamburg Area Arts Alliance may use my name, photograph, and any likeness of me for purposes of promoting this event or any other downtown events. 

 

I have read the preliminary rules and regulations and agree to abide by such. I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of this correspondence.

Prices

Non-Member Vendor $50.00 Non-refundable 10x10 Space. No electric.
Member Vendor $30.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. No electric.
