🚫 HALCYON RESTRICTIONS: ice cream, fudge, chocolates, ice cream cakes and/or in-store hand-made confections, pet food, pet accessories and related pet merchandise, retail sales of soaps
All booths are outdoor on the green. We have a very limited number of booths available. 10x10 tents are required with 40 pound weights per leg. Booths are $175, PLUS Eventeny fees which are approximately 6%.
There is no guaranteed access to electricity. You will need to bring your own power source.
I have included a tentative vendor layout for reference only. This is ONLY a mock-up at this time.
Your booth fee includes space ONLY. You must provide your own table(s), displays, chair(s), and floor-length tablecloths (no plastic tablecloths allowed). All boxes/bins/overstock/wagons/etc. must be hidden below tables.
Please do not drag any tables, chairs, or tents along the green. If you need assistance just ask a fellow vendor.
This event is RAIN-OR-SHINE. If there is inclement weather you will be informed of any updates.
You will receive a vendor email by Wednesday evening with further instructions.

Please consider these terms and conditions before submitting this application and vendor fee.
VENDOR FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER 3/20/2026. A tremendous amount of work goes into coordinating the vendor layout, selecting vendors for each category, and thoughtfully preparing/posting the vendor collabs/spotlights to aesthetically complement one another. There will be NO REFUNDS after 3/20/2026. If you are a no call / no show on the day of the event you will not be invited back to future markets and your membership (if applicable) will be terminated. Please consider these terms and conditions before submitting this application and vendor fee.

CANCEL 2/1/26-2/13/26: 100% Refund
CANCEL 2/14/26-2/28/26: 75% Refund / 25% + Eventeny Fees Non-Refundable
CANCEL 2/29/26-3/13/26: 50% Refund / 50% + Eventeny Fees Non-Refundable
CANCEL 3/14/26-3/20/26: 25% Refund / 75% + Eventeny Fees Non-Refundable
CANCEL 3/21/26-3/28/26: 100% Non-Refundable

- I give Makers + Markets ATL permission to use photos from my application, social media, website, and MMATL page for my vendor spotlight and all other general promotions for this event and for MMATL.
- Select your TOP category. Because this is a small market, we may only accept one vendor from each category.
- List the items you will be selling from the selected category above (list most important items first). You may or may not be approved to sell all items from this category.
- NO RESALE allowed at MMATL markets without approval. You CANNOT resell items that handmade vendors are selling (i.e. candles, jewelry, bath & body, etc.) Special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

- I understand that Halcyon has some restrictions due to current tenants and I will not sell any of these items at my booth.
- Please complete and sign the Hold Harmless Agreement form included with this application and attach a copy here.
