2026 Food/Beverage Truck Registration
The Elkhorn Shores Farm & Craft Market is a limited number of food and beverage trucks for this event.
The market will take place from 9:30a until 1:30p on May 2nd with future dates being determined.
Please read the instructions below before you register:
You do not need to commit to future dates to register. Please advise if you would be interested in future dates. We will not charge for this first events, however future events may incur a vendor fee.
Your space will be confirmed once we verify a good vendor mix.
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE VENDOR POLICY LOCATED BELOW AND ON THE WEBSITE. Details and directions will be sent the WEEK BEFORE YOUR EVENT.

Terms & Conditions:
We are pleased to welcome vendors who offer locally grown produce, seedlings, handmade items, and baked goods. Specific areas are set aside for those looking to sell their products or provide services at the market. Please avoid political or signature booths. Elkhorn Shores has the right to cancel any vendor registration if they do not conduct themselves in a friendly and composed manner.
Each food/bev truck will be provided with a space and access to power at the front of the event and is responsible for bringing their own equipment and supplies, such as tables, chairs, tents, generators, and cash boxes. Vendors are also encouraged to showcase signage that includes their business name and product prices.
Pets must be kept on a leash and well-behaved at all times. They should not be disruptive or pose a threat to other vendors or guests.
Set-up/Parking/Clean-up
We kindly request that all vendors be set up and ready to sell by 9:30 a.m. Vehicles must be moved from market area by 9:15 a.m. Please plan your unloading and setup accordingly. If your market stall is located on the grass, please do not drive your vehicle onto the event lawn.
Vendor Parking is available in the back parking lot. (Accommodations for our disabled vendors can be provided with previous notice -email: info@elkhornshores.com).
We ask that all vendors stay in their space, even is all product is sold-out until the event closes to keep the area safe for all guests and vendors.
Vendors must completely clean their booth space at the end of market, including transporting trash to the provided dumpsters.
Legal Info
Vendors are required to be knowledgeable about the local, state, and federal laws that apply to the products they sell.
All sampling activities must comply with the Douglas County Health Department regulations. You can find the guidelines and application for a retail farmer's market permit at www.douglascountyhealth.com.
In addition, vendors are responsible for the collection, reporting, and payment of their own sales tax.

By submitting this application, you agree to:
Obtain all necessary permits and approvals to sell your products at the retail market. Indemnify and hold Elkhorn Shores and its employees harmless from any claims or legal actions that may arise from your participation in the Elkhorn Shores Farmer's Market. Grant permission for the Elkhorn Shores Farmer's Market to use any photos or videos taken of you or your products during the event for promotional purposes. Follow the rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers.
