Vendor Application

Join us for the La Izquierda Surf & Music Festival. We’re curating a dynamic lineup of original artists, designers, and small brands offering high-quality, handcrafted goods. Coastal and surf-influenced work by local businesses are welcome but not required — authenticity and originality matter most.

Apply to be part of a weekend of music, salt air, and community.

1. Designated Location
Vendors will be assigned a designated 10x10  space by the Organizer. Space assignments are subject to change at the discretion of La Izquierda Fest for operational or safety needs.

 
2. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, operation, staffing, and breakdown.
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and county health and safety regulations.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required permits and licenses.
 
3. Utilities
Electricity is not available for 10x10 vendor spaces.
 

4.  Vendor Fee
A non-refundable vendor fee of $175.00 is due upon application approval.
The event is rain or shine.

Set up & Take Down Times

5. Vendor agrees to respect the event set up and take down times. Early take down will result in a ban from future events held by La Izquierda Fest.
 
6. Promotion
The Organizer may include vendor names, logos, and descriptions in event promotions.
Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation through their own channels.
 
7. Termination
The Organizer reserves the right to remove or terminate any vendor who fails to comply with these terms or whose operation presents a safety, legal, or operational concern.

 
8. Liability & Indemnification
La Izquierda Fest, its officers, volunteers, agents, and partners are not responsible for theft, loss, damage, injury, or accidents.

Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless La Izquierda Fest and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or connected with Vendor’s participation in the event.

 
9. Compliance
Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, fire codes, public safety requirements, insurance requirements, business licensing, and sales tax regulations.

 
10. Property Damage
Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, grounds, or surrounding property as a result of their participation. 

 
11. Agreement
Submission of application and payment constitutes agreement to these terms.
