About the application
La Izquierda Fest maintains a curated food vendor lineup. We are seeking experienced vendors who can provide efficient service and high-quality offerings for a festival crowd of approximately 1000.

Terms & Conditions
Please read in its entirety.
1. Designated Location
Vendors will be assigned a designated space by the Organizer. Space assignments are subject to change at the discretion of La Izquierda Fest for operational or safety needs.
2. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, operation, staffing, and breakdown.
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and county health and safety regulations.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required permits and licenses.
3. Utilities
Water will be available onsite for the duration of the event.
Limited electrical hookups may be available if pre-approved.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own power source as required.
4. Generators
Vendors must provide a quiet inverter generator (such as a Honda EU7000iS, Predator 9500, or comparable model) if operating independently of event power. Generators must be in good working order and safe for public event use.
5. Menu Submission
Final menus must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the event.
Vendors may only sell items approved on the submitted menu.
Any menu changes require written approval from the Organizer.
6. Event Fee
A non-refundable vendor fee of $300.00 is due upon application approval.
The event is rain or shine.
7. Insurance & Safety
Vendors must carry general liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.
Vendors must maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe food preparation area at all times.
All health and safety guidelines, permits, and fire regulations must be followed.
8. Promotion
The Organizer may include vendor names, logos, and descriptions in event promotions.
Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation through their own channels.
9. Termination
The Organizer reserves the right to remove or terminate any vendor who fails to comply with these terms or whose operation presents a safety, legal, or operational concern.
10. Liability & Indemnification
La Izquierda Fest, its officers, volunteers, agents, and partners are not responsible for theft, loss, damage, injury, or accidents.
Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless La Izquierda Fest and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or connected with Vendor’s participation in the event.
11. Compliance
Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, fire codes, public safety requirements, insurance requirements, business licensing, and sales tax regulations.
12. Property Damage
Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, grounds, or surrounding property as a result of their participation.
13. Agreement
Submission of application and payment constitutes agreement to these terms.
