About the application

For organizations offering supportive services and informative resources to the community in areas such as mental health, substance abuse, children's services, housing, and domestic violence. Vendors will share information and valuable health and wellness resources through handouts and interactive activities for community attendees. If your organization is interested in participating as a vendor, please fill out the application below. 

 

Please note that a valid Certificate of Insurance may be required upon approval.

 

Vendors will need to be set up no later than 10:00 am and stay till 1:00 pm.

Families can enjoy kid-friendly activities, explore interactive informational booths, and connect with local organizations. Come out, connect, and take part in a day dedicated to healthier, happier communities.
