About the event
Terms & Conditions
If you do not have a mobile food license (Borough or State), please email isosa@chambersburgpa.gov. Borough Mobile License cost: Event- $35 / Year- $110. You do not need to pay the Borough of Chambersburg for a Food Health License if you have a State of Pennsylvania license. Please attached a copy of the state or BOROUGH license and ServSafe.
Notes (please review):
- Locations of Food trucks/tents would be determined by the event’s committee.
- Vendors may arrive as early as 7AM. Vendors will not be allowed to setup after 9AM.
- Vendors must provide a trash receptacle. Vendors must provide handwashing station for themselves. VENDORS MUST TAKE THEIR TRASH AND OIL WITH THEM.
- Email us a link to your Facebook page so that we can help market you and invite you to be a co-host to the Facebook event.
- If your business exists in our downtown, you may be in front of your business depending on vehicular traffic flow. Final decision is the Fountain Fest Committee.
- Consider offering a limited menu to ensure you can serve customers within 2 mins.
- A “no call/no show” for this event will jeopardize future participation.
