Showcase your business at the Virginia Highland Farmers Market! We are looking for top-quality farmers, prepared goods, and vendors to participate in our weekly market held on Sunday mornings, in the heart of Virginia Highland.
2026 Season Schedule:
- Dates: April 12 - November 22 (market closed 6/7 and 7/5)
- Time: Sundays, 8:30 AM - 12 PM
- Location: Highland Woodworking Parking Lot, 1045 N Highland Ave NE

The VaHi Farmers Market is hosted by Virginia Highland District Association, known for well-attend, high-quality events, like Porchfest, Winterfest, and Restaurant Week. The Founders of VHFM started this market to bring access to local fresh foods and community to our neighborhood. So at the VaHi Farmers Market, being a vendor means more than just selling products. We have set standards for product quality, friendly service, and eye-catching booth aesthetics. When our vendors offer the best market experience, it leads to better attendance and stronger sales for all vendors and small businesses. Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor! About the event
Terms & Conditions
Application Fee: A $10 non-refundable application fee is required for Virginia Highland Farmers Market vendors at the time of submission.
Booth Fee: The standard booth fee for the market is $50. Vendors that prepare food on-site to sell ("Prepared Food Vendors") are eligible for a discounted fee of $40. Farm vendors (produce and flower) are eligible for a discounted fee of $15. Upon approval of your application, your non-refundable booth fee will be charged per week. Alternative payment plays (monthly, bi-weekly, etc.) are possible at the discretion of the Market Manager.
Required Documentation: All vendors must sign and submit the 2026 Virginia Highland Farmers Market Vendor Packet (attached to this application) prior to participating in the market.
Tent & Banner Policy: All vendors must bring a clean 10x10' white booth and signage for your tent. Tents should should be on tallest setting.
Pet Policy: Well behaved pets are welcome at the VaHi Farmers Market.
Payment Policy: Cash encouraged, card accepted.
