About the application

Join us for Spring Salsa Night on Saturday, March 21 | 5PM–Midnight at Propagate and put your brand in front a high-energy, engaged crowd!

We’re looking for Hispanic food vendors to bring the sabor—savory dishes, sweet treats, and handmade items—to our market-style evening. From tacos and empanadas to churros, desserts, and artisan crafts, this is your chance to shine in a high-energy, live-music, salsa-filled night.

In addition to vendors, we’re seeking music and bar sponsors to help make this market-style, salsa-filled evening unforgettable:

Music Sponsor – $1,000: Help bring live salsa music to life and get your brand front-and-center for all attendees.
Bar Sponsor – $500 / Free Alcohol: Provide drinks for the night and get recognition as our official beverage sponsor.

This is your chance to support a festive Latin-inspired market with food, sweet treats, and handmade artisan items, all while connecting with a dancing, vibrant audience.

✨ No street closure – all activity on Propagate property
✨ Market-style setup with Spanish-inspired vendors
✨ Perfect for highlighting your brand in a late-night celebration

Spots are limited! Become a sponsor and be part of this unforgettable night.

LOAD-IN, SET-UP & BREAKDOWN SCHEDULE

EVENT TIME: Saturday, March 21 from 5PM to midnight

Load-In Times:
Food Trucks/Trailers, Vans, and Vehicles: 3:30 PM - 4:45 PM.
Please ensure your vehicle is parked by 4:00 PM and you are ready to serve food by 5PM.

Tent Vendors: 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM.
Please ensure you are in place by 4:30PM and your tent is fully set up by 5PM.

Set-Up Completion Deadline: 4:45 PM

Note for new vendors: We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes earlier than your assigned load-in time to allow extra time for locating parking, finding your space, and getting settled.

Please monitor traffic and weather conditions to avoid delays. If you expect any issues, notify us promptly by email for smoother coordination.

Breakdown Time: 12:00 AM

Vendors are responsible for supplying their own 10x10 tent and tables.

All tents must be weighted (we would prefer you do not use stakes, please). For the safety of guests and other vendors, those who do not provide tent weights will not be permitted to set up their tent regardless of weather conditions.

Vendors are responsible for their own payment processing and cash transactions. Propagate Social House will not provide vendors with cash/change for transactions. Please note: vendors are responsible for supplying their own wi-fi hotspot for processing card transactions.

Additional notes:

If the use of a generator is required for your tent, only “Quiet Generators”(below 60 decibels) are permitted. We do not allow the use of the generators over 60 decibels for any reason in an effort to maintain a comfortable evening for other vendors, patrons and our business neighbors. Vendors who are not in compliance with this rule may be asked to remove their generator, move locations or leave the event.

Since the event will extend after sunset, Propagate will provide area lighting for pathways, however, vendors should provide power free lighting for inside their tents.

The event is rain or shine. Fees will not be refunded or credited due to vendor cancellations or inclement weather.

Vendors will be required to supply their own trash cans and remove trash at the end of the event. There is not a dumpster on-site.

Food Vendors - Please review the  Cottage Law list below. If you are selling foods which do not fall under the Cottage Law list, please bring your food license from DBPR or FDACs along with a copy of your most recent commissary kitchen rental invoice to ensure compliance with local & state food safety regulations.

Please promote this event (tag @propagatesocialhouse) on your socials (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). You are welcome (and encouraged!) to create content at Propagate Social House prior to the event to advertise this opportunity to buy products from your business in person to your audience.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Thank you so much! We look forward to working together to make this event wonderful!
