Join us for Women of the World, a special National Women’s Month edition of
F.A.M.E. — Fridays Art Market Entertainment 🎨🎶🌍
Happening Friday, March 6, from 5PM–8PM on Pine Street in downtown Bastrop, this free monthly experience celebrates art, culture, and connection with a fresh theme each month.
In March, we honor the power, creativity, and influence of women across cultures and generations — highlighting legacy, resilience, artistry, and community. Come experience an evening filled with inspiring creatives, vibrant energy, and a shared celebration of women shaping the world.

Pine Street (closed from Main St to Water St)

5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Outdoor street market with live entertainment and community programming
Who We’re Looking For
We strongly encourage Women-owned businesses and women artists to apply. Open to all creatives whose work aligns with the spirit of the event.
Accepted vendors may include:
Food vendors (if applicable/approved)

Event Focus
This event centers community, culture, and storytelling. In addition to vendors, the evening will feature live entertainment. Vendors should be prepared for a positive, family-friendly, and culturally respectful atmosphere.
Important Notes
Vendors must provide their own setup (table, tent, display, etc.)
Set-up and breakdown details will be shared upon acceptance
Space is limited; submission does not guarantee acceptance
All vendors must comply with local rules and Eventeny guidelines

Terms & Conditions
Vendor Release, Indemnity & Hold Harmless Agreement
I fully understand that my participation in the 2026 City of Bastrop Easter in the Park presents exposure to the risk of personal injury, death, or property damage. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and agree to assume all risks.
I hereby release, discharge, and agree not to sue the City of Bastrop, its officials, officers, agents, employees, representatives, or volunteers for any injury, death, or loss of property arising out of or connected with participation in the event, including negligence.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims arising out of my participation, including injuries or damages caused in whole or in part by the intentional acts, negligence, or recklessness of the Released Parties.
I understand participants may be photographed or recorded at the event and grant full permission for such media to be used by the City of Bastrop for promotional purposes.
I certify that I have read the 2026 Easter in the Park Vendor Guidelines, understand all expectations, and agree to comply with all event rules, instructions, and requirements. I certify all information submitted in this application is true and correct.

- I understand I must provide my own tent, tables, chairs, and equipment.
- I understand that only approved vehicles (i.e. food trucks, police cars, etc.) are permitted inside the event area during the event.
- I understand setup is between 3:00PM and 4:00PM and no vendor will be admitted after 4:00PM.
- I agree to have all of the fire equipment needed for on-sire cooking and have my on-site fire inspection done at 4:00PM.
- I understand teardown before for 8pm is not allowed and needs to be completed by 9PM.
- I acknowledge that participation in the 2026 City of Bastrop TX F.A.M.E. Days (“Event”) is voluntary and involves risk, which I knowingly assume. I release, waive, and agree to hold harmless the City of Bastrop, its officials, employees, agents, and volunteers from any claims or liability arising from my participation, including negligence, and I agree to indemnify the City of Bastrop from any such claims. I grant permission for photos, video, or other media captured during the Event to be used by the City of Bastrop. I certify that I have read and agree to the 2026 Easter in the Park Vendor Guidelines, will comply with all rules, and am responsible for required licenses, permits, and insurance. Typing my full legal name below constitutes my electronic signature and agreement to these terms.
