Calling All WNY Creatives + Business Owners:

 

AVA is returning to Larkin Square for another exciting market!  We're looking for all sorts of curated artisans and vendors to be a part of another amazing AVA Collective lineup.  

 

Saturday June 27th

11am - 5pm

Larkin Square 745 Seneca Street Buffalo, NY 14210

 

 This event will be rain or shine!

Over 30 Curated Vendors + Food Trucks + Outdoor Bar + Buffalo Summer Weather = Celebrating All Things Local!

 

Vendors will have the option to select either a 10'x10' tent space ($125), or an 8'x4' gazebo space ($100), + NYS tax and Eventeny fees. This charge will be charged after acceptance, and is non-refundable under any and all circumstances.

 
All set-up materials, such as tables/chairs and tents, are vendors' responsibility.

Terms & Conditions

All vendors will be charged a vendor fee + NYS taxes and Eventeny fees upon acceptance. 

 

Once charged, this fee is non-refundable under any and all circumstances.  By applying for this event, all applicants understand that it is the vendors' responsibility to obtain a NYS Sales Tax ID and have their Certificate of Authority present in their pop-up space.  

 

This event is fully insured by AVA Collective

8' x 4' Gazebo Space $100.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Vendor fee includes an 8'x4' space rental under the covered gazebo, event insurance, marketing, and AVA labor fees. This fee is non-refundable after approval. PLEASE NOTE: All set-up materials - including tables/chairs, linens, etc.- are NOT provided. Please bring all necessary supplies day-of
