Vendor Application

Hello and thank you for wanting to be a part of our event! We look forward to working with you! 

Please fill out application. Once accepted as a vendor you will receive a notification and invoice to pay for your booth space. 

All setup and tear down instructions will be sent out closer to event.

EVENT CONTRACT FOR EXHIBIT SPACE- THIS AGREEMENT is between Socially Elevated, LLC (hereinafter referred to as Socially Elevated, LLC dba

The Market and the Exhibiting Company (hereinafter referred to as VENDOR)

1. All decisions for the space assignment will be at the sole discretion of Socially Elevated, LLC, event planners. Exhibitors

understand the booth space is limited by Socially Elevated, LLC.

2. All booths must be self- supporting. Vendor MUST provide his or her own canopy/tent and other display materials and electrical cords (if

electricity is provided).

3. Booths must be setup in a safe and attractive manner, be completely cleaned and ready for business by no later than 15 minutes before

event starts. All vehicles must be cleared of market space by the same time.

4. Booth sizes are 10x10 up to 12x12.

5. No personal generators or space heaters permitted without usage approval.

6. Socially Elevated, LLC reserves the right to terminate the contract of any exhibitor who does not comply with the terms and conditions of

the Contract Agreement without refund.

7. Area must be left in the same condition as it was prior to event.

8. Tax Requirements- All vendors are responsible for paying their own sales tax or determining their sales tax obligations.

9. No selling from vehicles.

10. All vendors selling food products MUST have a Vendor’s Food Permit and provide a copy.

11. Booth confirmation will be made via phone or email.

12. If weather becomes an issue, credit will be offered for next event Day. No refunds will be given.

Liability Waiver:

Socially Elevated, LLC, the EVENT, City of Richmond, sponsors, and their representatives, shall not be held liable in any way for loss or damage

resulting from theft, accident, acts of GOD, to booth canopy, merchandise, or fixtures. This includes period during move-in, set-up, show hours,

breakdown, clean-up and any other time exhibitors are on Socially Elevated, LLC event grounds. Socially Elevated, LLC, the EVENT,

the City of Richmond, sponsors, and their representatives, shall not be held liable for any or all injuries to exhibitors during this event.
