This is a high-energy night packed with music, community, and culture—featuring a live performance by Adam David, plus DJ sets by DJ GQ and a curated vendor village highlighting local artists, brands, and creative businesses.

We’re building a dedicated artist market area where creators can sell and showcase:

Original artwork, prints, photography
Apparel, accessories, handmade goods
Small creative brands + lifestyle products
Guests will also enjoy alternative and infused beverage tastings throughout the night, plus food available for purchase from El Segundo.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, the applicant agrees to the following terms:

Application & Curation
Submission does not guarantee acceptance. All artist tables are curated at the sole discretion of the event producers. We may limit duplicate product types to maintain variety.
Payments / Refunds
If an artist table fee is required, payment is due upon approval (or as stated in the application). All payments are non-refundable, including cancellations by the applicant. No space is confirmed until payment is successfully received.
Setup / Load-In / Breakdown
Vendors must be fully set up before doors open and must remain operational until the event ends at 10:00 PM. Load-in instructions and timing will be sent to approved vendors prior to the event. Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval.
What You Can Sell
Approved vendors may sell only the products described in their application. Any changes to products/services must be approved in writing before the event.
Prohibited Items / Activities
No illegal items, weapons, fireworks, open flames, or hazardous materials. No outside food or beverage sales unless explicitly approved. No sales or distribution of age-restricted products without prior written approval and all required licensing.
Space, Display & Power
Vendors are responsible for all display materials (tables, racks, lighting, extension cords, signage, etc.) unless stated otherwise. Power is limited and not guaranteed—requests must be made in advance and may incur additional requirements.
Conduct & Compliance
Vendors must comply with venue rules, local laws, and all event staff instructions. Disorderly, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
Liability / Indemnification
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their property, products, and conduct. The event producers and venue are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event, producers, venue, and partners from any claims arising from vendor participation.
Event Changes / Force Majeure
The event is subject to change. If the event is modified, postponed, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer will communicate next steps as reasonably as possible. Refunds are not guaranteed.
