Vendor Application Overview (Please Read Before Applying)
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor. This vendor application guides you through the registration process and ensures all vendors understand event expectations, setup requirements, and vendor responsibilities.

By completing this application, you are requesting approval to participate as a vendor. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. All vendors must comply with event protocol, safety guidelines, and the Terms & Conditions listed below.

 

Businesses offering services such as financial, insurance, real estate, business coaching, legal, wellness, and other professional services.

 

Organizations providing community resources, youth programs, education, health services, outreach, or public information.

 

Maintain a professional and respectful presence at all times

Keep booth space clean and organized

Treat guests, staff, and other vendors with courtesy

Follow all staff instructions related to safety, flow, and event operations

 

Setup

Vendors must arrive during the designated setup window.

Late arrival may result in forfeiting your booth space without a refund.

Vendors must bring their own table, chairs, tent, extension cords, and display materials unless otherwise stated.

All booth displays must remain within the assigned vendor space.

 

Breakdown

Vendors may not begin breakdown until the event ends (unless approved by event staff).

Vendors must remove all items, trash, and materials from their area.

Leaving trash or items behind may result in a cleaning fee and disqualification from future events.
