This application is for the Greenport craft fair September 5th 10-4 pm.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Set up will start at least 2.5 hours before opening time. No vehicles on grass, must unload, park vehicle then set up booth. Spaces will be numbered and pre assigned. Tents, tables are not provided, tents must be properly staked/ weighted, tables must be covered to the ground. Tables can be rented for the day. The rain date is Sunday. If both days are rained out there are no refunds or credits. This fair benefits the Greenport Boy Scouts.
Approval is at the discretion of the promoter.
Items not allowed are weapons/ knives, drug paraphernalia, knockoff items, obscene items, political items or political promotion.
No refunds or credits.

| 10'X10' Space for food ready to eat non food truck | $150.00 | Non-refundable | For food to be consumed on premises. You will need to file a temporary suffolk food permit. 10'x10' space on the lawn. Non food truck. |
| Food Truck Space | $200.00 | Non-refundable | Space for food truck located on paved circle. No trucks on grass. Must have yearly Suffolk health permit or temp permit. |
| Space for non merchandise sales 10'x10' | $200.00 | Non-refundable | For non merchandise sales. Good for home improvement contractors, local businesses, sales professionals generating sales leads. |
| Table 6' with black cloth cover | $10.00 | Non-refundable | Single 6'x30" table with black cloth cover rental for the day. |
